**Duties**:

- The role of the IT Admin & Compliance Officer is pivotal in supporting front-line care staff in the delivery of high-quality care to patients in their own homes.
- You will ensure all quality documentation is checked, logged, filed, and tracked on our systems as it is completed by the field-based team.
- You will track upcoming quality reviews for both clients and carers and ensure these are communicated to field-based staff in order to complete the reviews in a timely manner.
- You will ensure IT equipment and software used by care staff are optimized to enable them to provide our patients with quality person-centered care.
- You will maintain an asset register in order to track all devices, and software licenses.
- You will aim to minimize the adverse impact of incidents and problems on the business and seek to prevent the recurrence of any such incidents.
- You will be the first port of call for IT support and responsible for all aspects of the IT support desk and ensuring the end user receives outstanding customer-focused service.

The post holder will be a confident communicator with staff, who will have varying levels of IT knowledge with Excellent Excel skills
