Ensuring that all aspects of clients’ concierge itineraries are managed to perfection, you will confirm
bespoke arrangements with the world’s leading travel suppliers.

You will ensure our clients receive a truly exceptional travel experience by proactively anticipating
the needs of the luxury traveller before departure and delivering elevated touchpoints throughout
the customer journey.

A strong team player, this role requires flexibility to multi-task and manage varying
workloads/deadlines, and, as a senior member of the team, you will lead by example.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Delight our clients, by curating unforgettable travel experiences
- To ‘look beyond’ the client’s requirements, by pro-actively seeking exciting and innovative

ways to deliver an exceptional holiday experience
- Proactively contact clients and agents to promote Carrier’s new and existing product

offerings and value propositions
- To be the first point of contact for all client/agent enquiries regarding any concierge
- Provide an exemplary concierge service to all clients’ post-sale, timely and accurate

response to service requests
- To be able to meet deadlines for turnaround of requests within SLA timeframes
- Provide comprehensive concierge service to internal reservations teams
- Provide support and assistance for other teams, when necessary, with a ‘can do attitude’
- Proactively look for opportunities to enhance the customer journey at every touchpoint
- To maintain your own personal level of expertise, both technically and product knowledge,

which may include attending familiarisation trips

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Previous experience of demonstrating service excellence in the luxury sector
- Exceptional attention to detail
- A logical thinker and tenacious problem solver
- Excellent organisational skills
- Confident working under pressure, and be self-assured
- Strong multitasker, able to prioritise and manage varying workloads and priorities
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to speak with high
- net-worth agents / clients
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to change
- Good knowledge and understanding of the English language especially written English
- Desirable: knowledge of tour operator reservations system, Dolphin

**PACKAGE**
- Excellent base salary
- Annual bonus based on business targets
- 23 days annual leave (increasing to 27 with length of service)
