**EXPECTED START DATE**: Wednesday 17th May 2023

**2 FULL TIME** - 36 hours per week - Mon & Wed 10am-7pm / Tues & Thurs 11am - 8pM/Fri 9am - 4pm / Sat 9am - 1pm. Although there is flexibility available with start/finish times once training is complete.

**1 PART TIME** - Minimum 16 hours per week working between the shift patterns outlined above

**OFFICE BASED ONLY** - The Core, Newcastle Helix, Newcastle upon Tyne, (City Centre). NE4 5TF

**Flexible working available once fully trained**

KEY TASKS
- Conduct outbound market research interviews to collect feedback on a service that's been provided for various clients across a range of sectors and topics
- You must be able to accurately capture respondent responses
- You will be required to undertake occasional data entry work
- Working from a scripted questionnaire, you will be required to follow questions on screen and input the respondent’s comments in real time whilst ensuring the conversation remains on track
- You will work to clearly defined targets and deadlines and your performance will be continuously measured and reviewed with the support of training as required
- You must represent Explain abiding by its brand values at all times and ensure all contact with respondents is carried out in a professional manner ensuring respondents have a positive experience during their interview

**Person Specification**
- **Ideally** you will possess transferable skills gained through customer service, call centre / telephone based roles, sales, research, administration or care based roles (Desirable)
- Excellent customer service skills with a pleasant, polite, and courteous telephone manner (Essential).
- Proven written communication skills with attention to detail, ensuring all telephone respondent comments are accurately captured first time (Essential).
- Be a hardworking, proactive and reliable person who is committed to providing the best customer service experience (Essential)
- Target driven with a flexible 'can do' approach to work with the ability to adapt to changes according to the business needs e.g. hours, work (Essential)

**Salary**: £10. 90 per hour irrespective of age.
