This vacancy will provide a base salary of £24,000 - £25,000 depending on experience.

**This Quality Support Administrator role will have the below responsibilities**:

- Aid with completion of documents for Clientele
- Prepare audit documents and assist with audit requirements
- Maintain document control i.e. Master Document Register
- Creation and logging of reports onto CRM system
- Monitor and update Supplier processes
- Actively seek customer feedback, with diarised follow-ups when necessary
- Collate company meeting minutes as required
- Assist with maintenance of records
- Confident and an articulate communicator
- Previous exposure in an administrative role being beneficial
- Ability to prioritise workload
- Distinguished in multitasking responsibilities
- Ambitious with a positive mindset
- Competent in using MS Office and Excel
- High attention to detail taken in all responsibilities with the desire to complete work to a high standard
- The ability to build long lasting relationships both internally and externally
- Confident in their ability to manage a fast-paced environment with varying responsibilities
- Basic understanding of the Civil Engineering and Construction Sector would be advantageous

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
