We have an exciting opportunity for you to join us as a Weekend Security Controller at our one of our biggest clients in the heart of London. Based in the financial hub of London, it is one of the largest pedestrianised neighbourhoods in the heart of London. The site brings business and pleasure together offering both food and retail outlets.

Responsibilities will include, provide immediate response to the estate and building teams to mitigate risk, manage contractor movement, produce daily reports, control interface between property management and retailers, be prepared to assist the control room, proactively work with property managers and their teams and deliver a professional command and control service.

**Essential skills**
- SIA - CCTV/DS licence
- Excellent customer engagement skills with excellent verbal and communication skills
- Strong IT skills
- Have an ability to deliver succinct and clear reports both verbally and written
- Experience with security surveillance and access control systems
- High level of attention to detail, timekeeping, and ability to prioritise time effectively
- An understanding of the principles of equality and diversity in relation to security staff
- The ability to think and act quickly in emergencies or under pressure
- Demonstrate reliability including the ability to deliver high standards of both punctuality and attendance
- Able to deal calmly and confidently with all demands from staff and management team
