**The Homes**

St Brelades and the Cumberland are highly regarded care homes in Herne Bay for older ladies with dementia. Our aim is to enable the ladies to achieve a meaningful and fulfilling life, and to give them a high sense of wellbeing through the way we engage and interact with them individually.

**The Role**

The position requires you to work as part of a team supporting older ladies with dementia with their physical, psychological and social care needs, having regard to their dignity, privacy, choices and sense of fulfilment.

You will be working in a friendly environment, and we are looking to recruit staff who are kind, creative and caring. The successful person will be required to provide an enhanced disclosure which the Home will organise. The disclosure expense will be met initially by the the applicant, but will be fully refunded after 12 weeks employment.

Full induction and statutory training is also provided to NVQ level 3.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £10.00-£11.40 per hour

We are required to wear a mask at all times and test weekly for covid
