Mon to Fri - 7.30am to 4pm

Salary to £26k

Established for over 15 years and employing over 35 staff, UFHN is one of the leading underfloor heating specialists in the South. As a highly reputable, service-driven organisation we invest in cutting-edge product development and provide unrivalled industry expertise with the design, supply and installation of bespoke underfloor heating systems into residential, commercial, public sector and listed buildings. We are looking for a confident administrator to join the contracts team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is comfortable in a fast-paced and changing work environment but can maintain focus and attention to detail. Would suit someone with previous experience of estimating, stock control or logistics.

**Main duties**
- Sales order processing of materials (Materials call offs) 50% of time
- Liaising with contracts team
- Ordering materials as per contracts manager
- Update delivery/ material logs and the install calendar
- Liaise with estimating and design / making sure drawing amendments are correct and dates are adhered too.
- CRM project updates
- Amend RAMS to suit site requirements
- Input PQQ information
- Installer tracking and Job profitability
- Customer communication in/outbound
- Manage Commissioning Diary
- Liaising with Warehouse staff
- Previous office experience and be able to juggle their time and tasks

Good attention to detail and able to follow set procedures

Good maths
- Quick and accurate administration skills including data input
- Excellent communication skills [verbal and written]
- Good memory and ability to retain information
- Computer literate
- excel, word, CRMs
- Able to work in busy open plan office and build good relationships
- Experience using sage
- Able to prioritise during busy periods
