Part Time Office Cleaner

**About us**

C D Excel, is a family owned rapidly growing business based in Birmingham.

We are seeking a experienced cleaner to join our team for a position located at Pendeford Business Park in Wolverhampton. The Business Park is NOT well served by public transport so this would suit someone that drives and has there own transport. However, if this is not an option then the working hours can be altered to 17:00 - 18:30 so that you can catch the last bus that leaves the business park at 18:45.

You will be a member of a team of two, that cleans this building but will work closely with colleague(s) who clean another building on the same business park. Even though you will have your own area to clean it is important that you have a flexible approach so that holiday and sickness cover at the other building can be covered.

You are required to clean desks, kitchenettes, toilets and empty bins. You need to be comfortable with being a key holder and locking up the building when required.

- £10.50 per hour

Schedule:

- 17:00-18:30 Monday - Friday

COVID-19 considerations:
PPE will be provided for you to wear whilst working. You will be trained to clean and sanitise your work environment to ensure it is safe for yourself and other users of the building.
