We’d all like amazing work to do, and real work-life balance. That’s waiting for you at Sainsbury’s. We’re one of the biggest supermarkets in the UK with one of the largest websites. So marketing here really happens at scale. We move a lot faster than you’d think too, across Brand Planning, Brand Comms and Creative, Digital Marketing, CRM and Loyalty, Nectar 360, Insights, and Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability. More people shopping with us each week means more interactions. And thanks to data insight, we understand customers in a way that almost nobody else does. We work alongside incredible brand partners and the best agencies around. So if you have a passion to learn, grow and experience new teams, come and explore it all with us.

Sainsburys Argos In-House content creation Studio is a unique, creative, and fun environment based across 2 locations, Milton Keynes and Bedford, where a large team of creative and technical experts create content for a wide array of general merchandise, jewellery, food and fashion products. We support all brands across the Sainsburys group (Sainsbury’s, Argos, Habitat and TU) across all channels and platforms. Our photography and video content plays a critical part of crafting a truly exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

As our Junior Photographer, for General merchandise and Food, you will be responsible for the creation of cut-out content across all brands and ranges within general merchandise. You will play an integral part in the quality control of all output, ensuring that all content follows our brand guidelines and briefs, and is consistent for our platforms. You will be working within a target driven environment and will endeavour to reach all KPI’s that contribute to the business having the most cost-effective creative solutions. As a junior you will have the opportunity to work on a clear succession plan with the lead photographer, which will aid in the development of your technical knowledge, skill set and portfolio. There will be opportunities to assist and work on multiple projects, including interior room-sets, model shoots, and location shoot. We are on the lookout for an individual that is driven, determined, isn’t afraid of getting stuck in, is creative, a team player and who comes with positivity in spades.
