Alfa Staff - Assembly Operatives

Alfa Staff are recruiting Assembly Operatives for our Client in the Caerphilly Area. This is a temporary to Permanent role which means after a 12-week period you will become a permanent employee.

**Shifts**:
**Days - 8.15am to 4.45pm**

**Personal attributes: -**
- Must pay attention to details and be accurate with any operations.
- Must not be phased by repetitive procedures.
- Good literacy and Numeracy skills
- Knowledge of Health & Safety in the workplace (Manual Handling awareness)
- Must be physically fit as will involve standing for long periods.
- Be able to work in a team environment and can work alone.
- Must be motivated and a good timekeeper.
