Here at Teaching Personnel, we are currently looking for a HLTA to work within a fantastic school in the BD4 area of Bradford.

The role of a HLTA will facilitate support with learning in the classroom, assist with managing any behavioural concerns alongside the Teacher and also be able to provide 1:1 intervention to any pupils that have fallen behind due to breaks in education.

Role Requirements
- HLTA Status or the equivalent
- Be able to work flexibly
- Has experience working within the Primary Sector
- Has knowledge of KS1/KS2 Curriculum
- Committed to promoting progression of pupils learning
- Has the ability to support the class teacher with student’s behaviour in an empathetic and calm manner
- Can work well alongside various colleagues, especially the class Teacher to ensure a positive learning environment for students
