Medequip Connect is part of Medequip Assistive Technology Ltd and we are a county-wide provider of Emergency Mobile Response, Pendant Alarm Monitoring Services and Assistive Telecare Services for the elderly and vulnerable adults in the UK. Our service enables people to remain independent for longer, with their families in their own homes.
We are looking to recruit a Client Support Assistant to join us. You will be based from our Ipswich office and be able to provide a professional support service, in alignment with TSA standards, which enables people to maintain their independence in their own home.

**The Role**
- Visiting clients homes to carry out referrals, maintenance and installing alarm equipment and explaining how the equipment/careline alarm works.
- Undertaking client assessments and reviews.
- To assist in the cleaning, recycling and auditing of the stock and maintain current databases.
- To work with the clients, their families, and third-party’s such as GPs, nurses, social workers in order to maintain the independence and well-being of the client.
- To assist with the promotion of the service in local communities.
**The Person**
- If you have genuine empathy for the welfare of elderly adults, this role will suit you. No specific experience is necessary, only a responsible and caring nature and a flexible approach.
- You will need a full UK driving licence and access to an appropriately insured and taxed vehicle for business use, unless the use of a Company vehicle is made available.
