Caretaker

**£19,699 - £20,803 p.a. (for 32 hours per week) or £22,777 - £24,054 p.a. (for 37 hours a week) (year-round)**

As a member of the Premises Team, working either 32 or 37 hours a week, your main duties will include site security, receiving deliveries, distribution and liaising with Contractors plus some cleaning and basic maintenance. You will be a flexible, hands-on, practically minded person who can communicate effectively with adults and young people.

Shifts are early/middle/late between 6am and 10pm week days during term time, and middle shifts during school holidays. You will participate in the on-call rota (approximately one week in three - you will receive additional payment for this).
