We are looking for a creative and passionate individual who loves entertainment and the events industry. You will be assisting our Account Managers to create proposals of entertainment for our clients' events.

The role will include speaking to performers to obtain availability and quotes and then preparing a proposal which includes an element of creative writing, photo and video selection.

The role will also include translating the Spanish version of our website from English to Spanish, therefore **the ability to write and speak fluently in Spanish and also in English is essential**. The role will also include scouting for talent to improve our Spanish roster of entertainment.

We are looking for a confident, positive and hard working individual who is happy to talk on the phone with performers, you should have experience with multi tasking and a busy workload, and also have excellent attention to detail.

If you have experience in the entertainment, events or theatre industry then this is preferred but not essential. You may be required to travel with the role to be onsite at events, depending on your experience, but this is not essential.

Scarlett Entertainment is one of the largest talent agencies and production companies globally, with offices in the UK, US, Italy and Dubai.
