**Lead Youth Worker**

**Salary Range: £28,371 to £32,020 (NJC Pts 20 to 25)**

**Full time**

**Based at the Springfield Centre**

Are you driven to increase opportunities for young people to transform themselves and their communities?

Can you lead and deliver a programme to enable young people to ‘Explore, Dream, Believe, Achieve’ and so see real change in the community and individual life chances?

We are looking for a highly skilled, relational lead youth worker to lead and develop our work with young people in the BD2/10 communities.

We are looking for someone who is willing to build on the strong foundations of the past 3 years, leading existing programmes and developing new ideas.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone to lead and grow an aspirational project.

You will be confident in working in varied settings with young people of all ages who may be vulnerable or challenging.

The youth work at the Springfield Centre is being developed with support from Emerge - a youth work charity in South Bradford.
