Dog Groomer

A fantastic opportunity to work at Four Paws Cat & Dog grooming salon in rayne Essex on a self employed basis.

We are a young, friendly and fast growing business with a fantastic reputation.

Type: Full time/ Part Time

Hours: 9-5:30 Monday
- friday Saturday 9:30-4:00

Experience: minimum of 1 year professional dog Grooming and have a Grooming related qualification.

As part of the Application we will require a
- we would like to see various breeds before and after groom. *References
- please include at least 1 references from a previous employer within the dog grooming industry.

The role:
*Treating all dogs as if they were your own with the best care and attention at all times.

*Bathing, drying & styling dogs to the highest standards.

*Excellent communication skills as you will be dealing with customers and their pets on a daily basis.

*Keeping the salon and reception area as tidy as possible throughout the day with a final clean at the end of the day.

*Must be able to work Saturdays

*You'll have experience of working within a Grooming environment and ideally you'll have experience in a similar fast-paced environment where you've taken a hands-on approach.

*Must be confident Grooming all breed of dogs with different temperaments in a calm and effective manner

*Has a minimum of 1 year of professional experience and hold a grooming qualification.

*Must be able to groom a minimum of 4 dogs a day

*Will be flexible on working hours

*Must work to an high standard and has a great attention to detail.

*Must be self motivated and work independently when required.

*Must be reliable

*Must be confident and have a warm friendly manner at all times

*If able to Groom Cats that would be amazing too
