Gi Pro are working with a company based in Sandiacre who are a leading manufacturer of CNC flame and Plasma cutting machines. The business design and manufacture CNC Cutting machines.
- **Duties for the Mechanical Design Engineer will be**:

- Producing general arrangements and assembly drawings from 3D models
- Product accurate detailed drawings and bills of material for internal and sub contracts
- Using design for assembly and design for manufacturing techniques to optimise costs
- Provide technical help and information to production and service departments
- Setting up parts within the ERP / MRP Systems
- Attend sites with customers and suppliers when required

**Applicants for the position of Sales Administrator should demonstrate**:

- Passionate about Engineering
- Ideally a min of 5 years + mechanical engineering design experience
- Strong 3D Cad experience
- Strong level of commercial awareness
- A good understanding of design for assembly and design manufacturers
