We are currently looking for a driven and skilled individual to support the Marketing department through efficient administrative tasks on a regular basis. This position offers a great opportunity to participate in various marketing activities and achieve a Level 3 qualification.

**Duties**
- Assist with an efficient reprographics function of the school, providing high-quality, cost-effective
photocopying, printing and finishing of curriculum, admin and marketing materials
- Assist teachers in their preparation, providing training in the use of equipment and ensuring a safe working environment is maintained
- Maintain stocks of printed stationary in the staff workrooms and identified offices
- Maintain displays and display boards around the school with guidance from Heads of Department, Heads
of Year and Senior Leadership (under the supervision of the Media Resource Officer)
- Assist the Media Resource Officer in producing the termly school newsletter
- Assist in maintaining and revising content on the school website including web analytics, using
digital tools effectively
- Assist in promoting the school via social network channels as appropriate
- Assist in measuring and evaluating the success of digital marketing activities
- Undertake training as required including working at height and manual handling

**How will the training work?**
- On completion of this apprenticeship, you will hold a Multi-Channel Marketer Level 3 Apprenticeship qualification
- Functional Skills in maths and English, if required
- Each apprentice will have their own dedicated tutor who will conduct monthly remote tutorials and reviews, providing continuous support throughout the apprenticeship program
Each Apprentice must undergo an independent end-point assessment to determine the outcome of their apprenticeship. The assessments will assess the knowledge, skills and behaviours gained during their programme. The methods by which this apprenticeship is assessed are:
