**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Provide one-on-one support to students with special educational needs, both inside and outside the classroom
- Utilize your knowledge of psychology to understand and address the individual needs of students
- Assist teachers in implementing strategies and interventions to support student learning and development
- Help students develop social skills, emotional regulation, and resilience
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create personalized learning plans for students with special educational needs
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers and parents
- Ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology or related field
- Strong understanding of child development, learning theories, and psychological principles
- Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to support students with diverse learning needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Flexibility and adaptability in responding to the changing needs of students

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
