_Qualified Early Years Educator_
We are looking for a dynamic Early Years Educator to join our team. You should have a love for working with children and have a good understanding of child development.

If you believe in the best start for all children, can support, enhance and challenge children to become their very best, giving them a strong grounding in their personal and social development, their natural curiosity and exploration plus enable them to learn and grow then this is a role you can excel at and become a valuable member of our team. If you believe that children learn best in an environment that allows them to express themselves and their uniqueness, this is the role for you. Of course, stories, singing, playing, and giving cuddles are part of the job.

We recruit using enhanced checks and require at least 3 references. Applications to First Tiny Steps Pre-school.

**Education**:

- GCSE Math's and English A-C or Function Skills level 2 equivalent.
- Level 3 Childcare qualification that meets the full and relevant as per Department for Education EY checklist.

**Experience**:

- Working in a Nursery/Pre-School: 2 years (required)
- Safeguarding: 3 years (required)
- Childcare knowledge and understanding: 3 years (required)
- EYFS 2021 Experience: 2 years (required)
- Observation and assessment: 3 years (required)
- Key Person responsibilities: 3 years (required)

**Job Types**: Part-time; Term time only.
