Interim Carveout PMO

Finatal are working with a mid-market private equity house who are in the process of completing a carveout of a services business and require a highly operational interim PMO to come in and oversee the whole process from deal completion. You’ll be workingclosely with both the private equity house and also the management team in order to deliver on all operational workstream requirements, including but not limited to; HR, legal, IT and finance. One of your first tasks will be to bring in a highly technicalsystems expert to aid in the integration of all systems and reports. You’ll be based in the midlands 3 times per week with the rest of the week on a hybrid model. You’ll be highly experienced in operational management, with the remit covering everything frommeeting with senior management to working on payroll issues to ensure the timely success of the carveout.

**Ideally you’ll have a track record in;**
- Carveouts, integration or separations
- Delivering projects as a small team with a hands on approach
- Working in a leveraged environment, ideally with private equity
- Operational management
- PMO Roles
- Reporting to senior management
