Attenti is looking for support to source X4 Social Workers to assist our CIN programme in Bolton. This is a programme initially to pay attention to a cohort of 90 identified children who's cases require progressing to 3 key areas; closure, escalation to CP or stepping down to other support services such as early help. There will be some cases within this cohort that may escalate to CP and require PLO/court experience from the allocated Social Worker.

The projects infrastructure includes:

- Chief advisor for childrens services - Annie Maciver
- Project Team Manager - Filled
- Quality assurance and practice improvement officer - filled
- Attenti Project coordinator
- X4 Social Workers

Caseloads are locked down at 20 per social worker. Duty will be conducted only on Attentis total caseload and a rota will be drawn up which includes our team members.

There's a non-negotiable expectation of being present onsite for 3 days per week. That doesn't mean they have to be glued on their chairs as they will be out and about completing visits etc. But presence in the office is important so local Social Workers will be preferable.

Pay - £39ph outside IR35, maximum of 37 hours per week

Mileage -.45ppm upto a maximum of 150 miles per week.
