Java Developer

**Java Developer - Guildford (Remote) - £45-50k**Remote Working | Flexible Schedule | Allocated Personal Development time | SpringBoot/Microservices/TDD | Quarterly Socials**Ada Meher is currently partnered with a growing consultancy company on their search for an experienced Backend Java Engineer, as they continue to develop their relationships with enterprise-grade clients alongside their own SaaS product development. The rolewill involve a mix of new feature development and greenfield work, with a genuine focus on engineering standards and coding quality - so expect to follow strict TDD processes and work on microservice architectures using SpringBoot and other lastest tech. Theycurrently use Java 11, but experience with Java 8 is fine, on a distributed architecture with AWS deployment.
The company operate on a largely remote basis (and that isn’t going to change) preferring to meet up in the office on ocassion but remaining flexible to allow majorly remote work. They operate a flexible hours policy, focusing on productivity over time-at-desk,allowing employees the autonomy to work around life’s other commitments.
**To Be Considered**:

- Demonstrable experience in Java Development (Ideally v8+)
- Experience with Spring or SpringBoot
- Experience with TDD/Unit Testing
- Knowledge of Microservices
- Knowledge of JavaScript/Typescript (preferably Angular 8+) would be a benefit
