Full Job Description

We are looking for a customer-service oriented person who takes pride in delivering an exceptional experience, ideally with a background in front-of-house or customer-facing roles.
- ANY **3** FULL days between Monday to Friday
- Start and finish times will vary according to the daily schedule. (6am/7am start time should be expected, finish times will vary daily)
- 24 hours per week plus paid overtime
- Optional weekend work
- Paid Holiday

Role Overview

Based from our Southampton site, you will be delivering a first class “white glove handover” experience exclusively to select clientele.

You should be prepared to travel to a variety of locations throughout the UK on a daily basis. Delivery and collection sites may include company premises, customers’ homes and business locations.

Forming part of a brand new team of drivers, as Brand Ambassador you will have a customer first’ approach and will be excited about the essential part you play in making your customer’s ‘New Car Day’ a special and immersive experience

Our dedicated expert team of coordinators and planners are responsible for planning your routes and daily schedules to fit within the timeframe of vehicle deliveries.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR IN YOU
- Right to work in the UK
- Held a Full UK Licence for more than **5 years**
- Clean driving licence (we will consider **3 points** for minor offences)
- Customer Service mindset
- A ‘can-do’ attitude for this hands-on, physical role.

You will receive a full company induction via our in-house dedicated Driver Training Programme, uniform, IT equipment, a company credit card, fuel card and support from an experienced team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00 - £28,000.00 per year **pro rata**

- Full Shifts Only, 3 out of 5 days between Monday to Friday.
