Our client is a well-established Independent Financial Planning firm based in the heart of Derby. Our client is committed to providing the best possible independent financial advice to their clients. With over 40 years' experience within their financial services field, their financial planning and support team are highly qualified, experienced, and adept in providing exceptional levels of service and support.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure all dealings with clients are carried out in a professional and courteous manner.
- Prepare Client Valuations and ensure back-office system is updated (Adviser Office).
- Prepare review packs.
- Process new business and follow up until policy issue.
- Scan and file documents using the document management system (Virtual Cabinet).
- Prepare and issue Letters of Authority.
- Prepare and issue Service & Pay agreements and monitor for their return.
- Process client withdrawals and Bed & ISA transfers.
- Update model portfolios on various wrap platforms.
- Complete fund switches on client portfolios.

**Requirements**:

- 18 months - 2 years within the Financial Services field.
- A can-do and positive attitude.

My client is open to part time hours/ reduced hours for the right indivdual.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
