Due to continuing growth and development of Merlin’s attractions and brands on a global scale, we are looking for a **IP Licensing Executive** to join our Creative team on a permanent basis, to work across some of the biggest IP accounts, including Marvel, Star Wars, CBeebies, Peppa Pig, The Gruffalo and Shrek to name but a few. This role will be based at our Madame Tussauds London office and the salary is circa £25,000 depending on experience.

**Reporting into the IP Director the IP Licensing Executive is primarily responsible for...**
- Providing critical support to the IP Director & Manager to successful manage and execution of the multiple license agreements running across the Merlin portfolio
- License fee management - processing all contractual fee payments to ensure payments are invoices correctly and paid on time
- Royalty fee management - Tracking and processing all contractual royalty fee statements with associated attractions
- IP Performance management - IP product review with sites at the start of each annual term and ensure all contractual obligations are being met
- Support launching new IP activations across the Merlin estate - creative design / build and associated client approvals
- IP Market - competitive IP tracking reports

**We are looking for the following skills and experience...**
- Highly organised, with a key attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task across multiple project workstreams & responsibilities
- Strong financial acumen, with proven excel skills (ability to build financial templates / associated formula formatting)
- Strong interpersonal skills with all levels of management; as establishing and maintaining healthy relationships with both internal & external contacts will be critical to the role
- A positive “can do” attitude
