Waitress/waiter/bartender

**Miller & Carter solihull is looking for a full-time Bartender to join our team in Shirley.**

**We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team.**

**This position will be working in our bar and restaurant.**

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 6 months experience in the service industry.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays. We are closed most major holidays.
- Must be able to work standing for long periods of time.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have reliable transportation and be able to pass pre-employment drug screening.
- Must be able to work with limited supervision.
- Ability to adapt to different types of customers and staff.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt quickly to changing circumstances.
- Ability to communicate effectively with staff, customers, and management.
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers as they enter or exit the establishment. This includes making eye contact, smiling, and speaking clearly and concisely.
- Take orders from customers in a concise and accurate manner, while being able to provide excellent customer service.
- Prepare food items following proper recipes and presentation guidelines according to company standards, while adhering to company policies and procedures. Ensure that all food items are properly stored at all times.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Apprenticeship

**Salary**: £7.33-£10.52 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 25 per week
