**IT Technician**
Our client, a prestigious and established employer, based in Headington Oxford has an exciting opportunity to join their team as an IT technician.
You will be entitled to a salary of £23-26k and will be entitled to a generous benefits package. **The Role**
- Provide first response to queries and jobs raised to the IT services team through telephone calls and helpdesk entries
- Provide first-line fault finding and diagnosis
- Provide support and guidance for the ipad deployment
- Assist with the installation and configuration and maintenance of IT hardware/software
- Provide routine maintenance and service of IT/AV equipment
- Experience within an IT role
- Experience using MS Server, Windows 10/11 and MacOS, iOS
- Knowledge of hardware, PC's, iPads and Macs
- Calm and understanding
- Efficient and Reliable
