***About the Role** Job Responsibilities:

- Handling of road traffic accident claims
- Drafting court documents and advice and/or opinions to clients
- Proof reading documents
- Carrying out legal research
- Filing of court documents via eLitigation
- Collating and printing of documents for court hearing/attendance
- Providing support on pre
- and post-completion matters/processes
- Providing support and assistance to lawyers in relation to general litigation, in particular construction matters
- Ad-hoc admin support (i.e. filing of documents, opening of files and billings)
