McCarthy Stone are looking for a professional **Care Supervisor **to join their team at **our Hawkesbury Place, Stow-on-the-Wold, Gloucestershire.**

**This is not traditional care, this is better**

**Development information**: Hawkesbury Place comprises of 44 one and two bedroom retirement apartments exclusive to the over 70s, alongside some outstanding communal facilities, including a wonderful function room, communal lounge, restaurant and wellness suite. Hawkesbury Place is located close to Stow-on-the-wold's thriving town centre.

**Base Salary: £13.40 **per hourday rate and **£10.94** **sleeping **night rate per hour **plus **additional pay (see below)

**Hours: 33.25 hours per week **(includes day and night shifts)

Our day shifts vary between 08:45 and 16:30 or between 16:15 to 09:30.

Our night shifts are from 21:30 to 09:00am

Our Care Supervisors sleep between 23:00pm and 07:00am providing emergency support only to our homeowners throughout that period.

**About you**:

- You will be a warm, friendly, organised, and self-motivated individual with experience of working in a care or support environment and excellent care skills.
- Keen to take on the responsibility of managing the security of the development, looking after the safety and wellbeing of the homeowners, and overseeing the Care and Support teams.
- Able to co-ordinate and facilitate activities that help strengthen the community spirit within the development.
- Driven to continue to grow their skills and will want to lead by example and think on their feet.
- Able to make a difference to the wellbeing and happiness of older people.
