Customer Support (Helpdesk / Technical Support)

Due to significant growth H-TEC are recruiting for a member to join our team. H-TEC provide fleet management software and a comprehensive range of reliable, quality assured products for the commercial vehicle sector.

**Main duties will include**:

- Providing support and training to customers on company products.
- Installing Company software remotely to customer pc’s
- After Sales care
- Demonstrates a logical and practical approach to tasks
- Takes opportunities to learn new technical skills
- Gains experience to improve technical competence
- Takes on additional responsibilities once suitably qualified and/or trained
- Ability to problem solve

**A customer first approach Requirements**:

- Experience in the Automotive or/and the Commercial Industry (But not essential).
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
- Creative approach to problem solving
- Demonstrate a desire to make decisions, take ownership and make judgement calls Strong sense of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Self-motivated & a good team player.

**Salary**: From £23,000.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Markfield, LE67 9TW: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- customer service: 1 year (preferred)
