Payroll Administrator

LCC is seeking three proficient and dedicated Payroll Administrators to join our team, commencing on 27/11 and ending on 08/12/23. As a Grade 5 role, the hourly rate for this position is £11.39.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Payroll Administration**: Process and manage payroll for over 45,000 public sector employees.
- **End-to-End Payroll Services**: Provide comprehensive end-to-end payroll support.
- **DBS Services**: Manage DBS services and maintain thorough understanding and compliance with DBS procedures.
- **Customer Guidance**: Offer advice, guidance, and support to customers regarding payroll-related inquiries.
- **DBS Counter Signatory**: Possess an enhanced DBS status and experience acting as a counter signatory.
- **Job Duration**: Hybrid role from [Start Date] to [End Date].
**Required Skills and Experience**:
- **Experience**: Previous experience in payroll administration is essential.
- **DBS Status**: Must hold an enhanced DBS and experience as a counter signatory.
- **Organizational Skills**: Ability to manage large volumes of payroll data efficiently and accurately.
- **Attention to Detail**: Ensure precise and error-free processing of payroll records.
- **Customer Service**: Ability to provide excellent customer service and support.
- **Confidentiality**: Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information securely.
- **Communication**: Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- **Hybrid Role**: Comfortable working in a hybrid environment, both remotely and in-office.
