**Salary**: Circa £45,400

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Managing major subcontracts with key suppliers for development, build, test and delivery of high integrity systems
- Managing the process for sourcing and contract award of future requirements
- Undertaking all aspects of procurement related activity to achieve on-time delivery, meeting cost and quality requirements
- Regularly visiting suppliers to maintain relationship and manage schedules, risks and opportunities
- Being the communication hub to the suppliers including supplier performance metrics
- Working with engineering, quality, project management and planning functions to ensure all stakeholders needs are met

**Your skills and experiences**:
**Essential**
- High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
- Proven communication skills and business acumen
- Experience within a process driven environment

**Desirable**
- MCIPS
- SAP experience
