Medical Administrator

To be responsible for undertaking a wide range of administrative duties and the provision of administrative support to the multidisciplinary team.
Duties can include, but are not limited to, supporting the scanning and coding of patient documents (including electronic and hard copy), support the registrations & deductions team, and other administrative activities depending on need - all in a timely manner and in accordance with current practice policies.
To support staff with the distribution of information, messages and enquiries for the clinical team, liaising with multidisciplinary team members and external agencies, such as secondary care and community service providers.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as an administrator or similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational and planning skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- High level of discretion when handling confidential information
