We are looking for an experienced Quality & Environmental/IMS Manager to ensure that our products, services, and management system meet all necessary requirements before they reach the consumer and so we are adhering to ISO standards.

Due to expansion of the business, we require a Quality/ IMS Manager who will inspect the final products with the core team to make sure it has been built in compliance with legal standards and meet customer expectations.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Management Systems, Audit, Legal Compliance & Assurance**:

- Support the Head of HSQE
- Establish and maintain effective HSQE integrated management systems to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and work towards the achievement and ongoing compliance of relevant ISO standards and champion SMART objectives
- Assist with updating the legal register database for HSQE (supported by the compliance manager)
- Ensure that our Biodiversity and sustainability values are withheld and developed throughout the organisation
- Assist with implementing a programme to ensure compliance with ISO accreditations
- Prepare for internal audits and/or compliance visits from regulatory bodies
- Address non-compliance matters in line with agreed timeframes
- Identify areas for improvement within the IMS
- Collate data from all departments and prepare weekly, monthly, and annual HSQE status reports with support from the HSQE team and Department heads
- Be on the lookout for opportunities and develop new efficient procedures
- Understand customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality control processes
- Devise and review specifications for products or processes
- Ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines as well as legal obligations
- Oversee all product development procedures to identify deviations from quality standards
- Inspect final output and compare properties to requirements
- Approve the right products or reject defectives (in collaboration with the head of procurement)
- Keep accurate documentation and perform statistical analysis
- Submit detailed reports to the Head of HSQE
- Be on the lookout for opportunities for improvement and develop new efficient procedures
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes including anti-bribery policy and Environmental and Quality Management System (compliant with ISO 9001 and 14001).

**Skills/ Experience Required**:

- Experienced Quality & Environment/ IMS Manager working in a similar role in construction, solar and environment for a large organisation
- Management of ISO 14001 and 9001
- Experience of delivering and managing ISO 55001 is desirable
- Experience in developing, implementing, and managing IMS to ISO standards
- In-depth understanding of quality control procedures and relevant legal standards
- Experience of data management systems is essential
- Experience with Microsoft D365 is desirable
- Managing a number of stakeholders internally and externally
- Planning & Organising - SMART objectives PDCA cycle

**Qualifications**
- Degree in business administration or similar field
- Lead Auditor qualification for any of the following ISOs 14001, 9001
- Construction related site cards such as CSCS, CCNSG safety passport etc.
- Project management i.e., APM, Prince 2 is desirable
