**Service Delivery and Improvements Officer (£31,504 per annum, full time, fixed-term until 31 December 2023)**

***Job role**

iNHomes is a busy repairs department operating for West Kent Housing Association. We are directly responsible for heating and plumbing repairs and planned maintenance in c.8,000 properties.

We are expanding our team, initially for a fixed term, to include a Service Delivery and Improvements Officer. We are looking for someone who has experience in delivering either service improvements or coordinating a compliance-based service delivery program. You will be integral to the running of a safe, efficient service ensuring that team KPI's are met and our service is delivered to the highest of standards.

We are looking for someone who is comfortable using Microsoft Excel, has a keen eye for detail, be able to fault find/problem solve, define and understand process of business core systems and finally track and record implementation of any change.

You should be a highly organised individual who is comfortable prioritising their workload on a daily basis making sure you work accurately and methodically under pressure.

**Location Details**

The role will be based in our Sevenoaks Office however we offer a flexible approach to hybrid working, typically our full-time colleagues base themselves in the office twice a week.
