**Part Time Credit Controller**

Fusion Landscaping and Facilities Limited is a rapidly growing business which started in July ’21 providing services to the construction industry. We operate a relaxed but high paced working environment and due to the growth of the business, we are now looking to recruit a credit controller.

**Main duties**:

- Send out excel statements to customers to chase for aged debt
- Liaising with customers over any queries and discussing with contracts to team to resolve
- Maintaining and building relationships with client Quantity Surveyors to promote partnership
- Allocation and reconciling of receipts on to company debt tracker and Sage accounts
- Keeping close eye on debt to ensure this is well managed
- Minimum 2 years credit control experience
- Good communication and personal skills
- Good IT skills
- Ability to work as part of a team as well as on their own
- Strong numeracy and literacy
- Strong organisation skills and ability to work to deadlines

Reporting in to the finance manager, the role will be office based role working 5 days a week - Monday to Friday 5 hours per day. The hours of work are flexible and can be discussed at interview stage (The hours worked must be 5 hours per day for a total of 25 hours per week).

A knowledge of the construction industry would be advantageous but not essential as full training will be provided.

Holiday hours are 20 days per annum plus bank holidays

Workplace Pension

Hourly rate £11
