Your Quality Care Services are a well-established home care provider and we pride ourselves on delivering the highest quality care possible.

We are looking for motivated and caring individuals who share our ethos and want to make a real difference in the work that they undertake.
- **This role is specifically within Elmbridge Village complex, near Guildford. You will be supporting our clients in a beautiful retirement village setting, meaning no travel is required between clients.**_

We provide a Wellbeing Service to all residents which will form be part of your role.

This involves providing a health assessment to residents who are feeling unwell, carrying out a clinical assessments, (Blood pressure, temperature, urinalysis), and signposting to other services as appropriate, such as GP, 111, 999 or other. Simple wound care, such as the change of bandages, monitoring of wounds, reporting concerns to the clinical lead and/or clinical director. Responding to emergencies that may occur within the village, assessing what is happening and arranging for any appropriate support.

We also provide a Home Care service to any residents that require it, this will form part of your role and tasks include but are not limited to;
- Domestic Support
- Shopping
- Meal Preparation
- Personal Care
- Companionship/Activity Support

Care experience is preferred but not essential, as full, face to face, practical training will be provided and paid for.

Experience is not necessary as full, face to face, practical training will be provided and paid for. Driving License and access to a car is not essential but is desirable.

Our staff are just as important to us as our clients, that's why we like to look after them with the following;
- Excellent rates of pay from £11.50 to £12.50 per hour depending on shift.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £11.50-£12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 35 per week
