Catering Supervisor

The post holder is expected to work as a member of a team and ensure that the provision of Catering Services to patients, visitors and staff is of the highest standard and quality.

An opportunity has arisen for a Catering Supervisor who is enthusiastic, reliable and motivated who works well as part of a team, in a busy kitchen environment. Able to cover Wrexham & Flintshire Hospitals.

Basic duties include the preparation and cooking of food for patients, staff, visitors and functions and the maintenance of high standards of quality and hygiene.

**Skills and qualities**:
- Sufficient experience of working as a Supervisor in catering for large numbers
- Flexible approach to work and needs of the service
- Excellent team worker.
- Friendly and professional approach
- Maybe required to work in other units
- Weekend work included
