Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
Make outbound calls to residential customers with the aim of generating ECO4 leads.

Follow a structured script while engaging with customers, ensuring key product and service information is communicated effectively.

Identify potential customers who have a genuine interest in ECO4 and qualify them as leads based on pre-defined criteria.

Maintain a high call volume and meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.

Build rapport and establish a positive relationship with potential customers to increase the likelihood of lead conversion.

Accurately record customer information and lead details in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and completeness.

Collaborate with the sales team to provide timely and accurate updates on lead quality and progress.

Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings to effectively address customer inquiries and objections.

Continuously improve lead generation strategies and techniques by providing feedback and insights to the team.

Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards during all interactions with customers.

**Requirements**:
Previous experience in telemarketing, and lead generation is not necessary.

Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and confident phone manner.

An ability to identify customer needs and preferences.

Ability to handle objections and rejections professionally and persistently.

Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a strong work ethic and a drive for success.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
