**Job Description**:
Complaints Call Handler for Royal Mail.
Pertemps are offering an exciting opportunity to join our esteemed client, Royal Mail in Bangor. We are seeking experienced Complaints Call Handlers for a period of 12 weeks to provide exceptional customer service by addressing queries, resolving issues, and finding solutions over the phone. If you have a background in call centres or complaints handling, this could be the perfect role for you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Respond to a high volume of customer queries and complaints in a call centre environment, adhering to specified call handling times.- Professionally resolve customer inquiries and complaints.- Utilise multiple computer systems for updating customer records, parcel tracking, information retrieval, and call detail recording.- Meet individual call quality and volume Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) while supporting team members in achieving company objectives.- Start Date: Monday, 19th February.,**Working Hours**:
Working three days a week, with shifts scheduled between 8am and 6pm, Monday to Friday. Saturdays 8am to 1pm, and Sundays 9am to 2pm.
**Compensation and Benefits**:
