**Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant**:
**Job Duties**:
As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will be responsible for providing support to students with special educational needs. Your duties will include assisting the class teacher in implementing individual education plans, adapting learning materials, and providing one-on-one support to students. You will also help create a supportive and inclusive learning environment for all students.

**Required Qualifications**:

- A relevant qualification in Special Educational Needs (SEN) support
- Experience working with children or young people with SEN
- Good understanding of the UK education system

**Education**:
A minimum of GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths is required. Additional qualifications in education or SEN support are desirable.

**Experience**:
Previous experience working in a school setting or with children with SEN is essential. Experience in implementing individual education plans and providing tailored support is highly desirable.

**Knowledge and Skills**:

- Knowledge of different learning needs and strategies to support students with SEN
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Level 3 Diploma in Specialist Support for Teaching and Learning in Schools
- First Aid certification

**Working Conditions**:
You will be based in a school setting, working closely with students, teachers, and other support staff. The role may involve some physical activity and the need to adapt to different learning environments. Working hours will typically follow the school timetable.
