Connected Health is currently seeking an Operations Administrator to support various departments within the Business. The Operations Administrator is a key role based within our Newtownabbey office.

**Duties to include**:

- Complete administration of the day-to-day operations of the operations department
- Using a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, etc. to produce correspondence, documents, maintain records, spreadsheets and databases
- Photocopying, printing and laminating documents
- Answering the phone and dealing with general enquiries
- Providing administrative support to other departments or projects as needed
- Helping to prepare for annual inspections
- Compiling monthly and annual reports

**Key Skills**:

- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management software.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask.
- Highly efficient in systems such as Excel
- Experience of compiling reports

**Essential Criteria**
- 6 months administrator experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office

**Desirable Criteria**
- Experience in Healthcare Administration
