- We're in search of a Graphic Designer who brings a strong design background particularly in an eCommerce environment, along with experience with motion graphics. As a Graphic Designer, you'll lead the charge in shaping the visual and motion identity of our business, pioneering new styles, and engaging audiences across all platforms. You'll be a core part of the passionate and imaginative Creative Team. You won't just create visuals; you’ll craft stories and experiences. You'll collaborate with the teams, breathe life into the marketing briefs, and work hand-in-hand with fellow creatives to deliver compelling motion and graphic assets that elevate the brand and drive commercial impact.-
**What you’ll **do**
- **Bringing Vision to Life**: Spearhead graphic design projects, particularly for creative motion graphic rollouts that achieve strong commercial results
- **Crafting Creative Magic**: Translate briefs, creative concepts, and copy into captivating executions that harmonise seamlessly with the overarching creative vision and commercial KPIs
- **Mastery in Motion Artistry**: Craft compelling, stunning graphics for both static visuals and videos
- **Collaborative Brilliance**: Partner with fellow creatives and key marketing channel leads to provide motion and graphic solutions across various concepts and briefs, offering invaluable creative input.
- **Guardian of the Brand**: Uphold the brand's essence in every brief, ensuring a consistent brand experience remains at the core.
- **Industry Navigator**: Delve into consumer trends within and beyond the industry, sharing insights through gathering references to industry trends and pertinent campaigns.
- **Seamless Coordination**: Work closely with the marketing team to ensure timely and comprehensive delivery of assets.
- **Efficiency at its Finest**: Adhere to processes and structures that guarantee flawless campaign delivery
- **Master of Time Management**: Effectively manage projects, ensuring deadlines are met effortlessly.

**What you’ll bring**
- Graphic design experience, ideally at an eCommerce-led, omnichannel company.
- Proficiency in both graphic and motion design is essential. Adaptability to work from brand guidelines or generate original concepts is crucial.
- Excelling under pressure, the ability to meet tight deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced, reactive environment is essential.
- Confidence in receiving and integrating feedback.
- Strong ability to concept new formats and approaches, backed by an innovation/problem-solving mindset
- A natural curiosity and hunger for results and learning - the ability to translate insights into action
- A portfolio demonstrating a diverse array of projects showcasing high-quality work and strong typography skills.
- Attention to detail is a must.
- Thorough comprehension of the end-to-end process across digital and print mediums.
- Ability to manage time and deliverables autonomously and proficiency in completing projects with mínimal direction.
- Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills with a commitment to pixel-perfect results.
- Familiarity with collaborative work management platforms such as ClickUp, Asana, Trello, or similar systems.
- Proficiency with Mac OS and Adobe CC Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop as well as After Effects and/or Premiere.
- A comprehensive understanding of Figma is required.

Nice to have:

- Proficiency in 3D design, with familiarity in Cinema 4D or similar software, is advantageous.
- Experience with fashion and/or beauty brands.
