Trainer

A fantastic opportunity to work for a well-established training provider TheLightBulb is an Essex-based company, part of the Get Set UK Group committed to the development and growth not only of their clients' employees but of their own. TheLightBulb works in partnership with the government to deliver funded Apprenticeships, Traineeships, Training courses and commercial training courses across a range of industry sectors.

TheLightBulb is looking to recruit qualified Trainers based in Walthamstow who are able to deliver Employability, Customer Service, basic Health & Safety and other specialisms.

**Vacancy Description**
- Provide training to unemployed client groups which stretches and challenges the learners
- Be responsible for providing effective delivery of courses and support sessions for learners in a cohort
- Embed and promote English, Maths and digital skills to learners where appropriate
- To support learners in the broader development of their skills and knowledge (including vocational) to enable them to meet their aspirations and fulfil their potential
- To take responsibility for safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all learners
- To ensure that a quality learner journey is delivered to all learners meeting the requirement of the Ofsted Common Inspection Framework
- To ensure that the organisation and awarding bodies' quality assurance procedures are adhered to
- To ensure that quality assurance procedures are re-adhered to.

**Wages**:
Wage ranges from £24,000 - £26,000 are dependent on specialisms, skills and experience
