**Customer Services - New Homes Division**

**Permanent, 37.5 hours per week, 08:00 to 16:00 or 09:00 to 17:00 shift pattern.**

From day one, our New Homes Customer Service Advisors have the opportunity to learn and get actively involved in all areas of Customer Services, where they support our New Homes Customers from start to finish, offering an informative advice and supportive customer service experience.

In this business-to-business customer service role, you will have the opportunity to interact, support and liaise with a wide variety of customers, from Site Managers to Directors and from Designers to Quantity Surveyors - how exciting

All of our Customer Service Advisors are passionate about people, problem-resolution focused and truly enjoy supporting our customers with their individual business needs.

A typical day in the life of our New Homes Customer Service Advisor can include:

- Offering a reassuring voice across a variety of communication channels, seeking to go above and beyond to support our trade customers
- Taking ownership and responsibility of customer queries through to resolution, ensuring customers are informed throughout.
- Ensuring interactions with customers are well considered, timely and thorough to the highest quality.
- Escalating queries where relevant and updating company systems accordingly

The ideal addition to our team** **will be vibrant and energetic, eager to go the extra mile and is customer-satisfaction driven.

You may not have direct customer services experience, but you may have the knowledge of how to address and resolve customer queries with a love for problem solving and customer interaction. We believe that technical skills and product knowledge can be learned so don’t worry if you have limited experience in Customer Services; all that we ask is that you have a desire to learn

Our Trade Division team are unique group of individuals with diverse talents and experiences gained from a variety of backgrounds including retail, hospitality, call centre environments and more. So dont worry, as long as you have the passion for customer resolution we can support you on your journey with our customer services development and training programmes and you will receive on-going support and guidance. That's not to mention our dedicated induction programme that will support you in building the skills you need to become an excellent Customer Support professional
