**Role: Site Maintenance Person**

**Location: Birmingham**

**Salary: £25,000.00 - £29,000.00 per annum**

**Hours of work: 40 - 50 hours per week - 5 out of 7 days, working either early or late shifts covering the stores opening and closing times. May be required to work weekends.**

**What you’ll be doing**

As a representative of our company, you are the first person a customer will interact with so you will need to be a friendly, positive person. Your role is mainly site maintenance with customer services support.

Here are some of the things you’ll get up to day-to-day:
By understanding our customers’ needs you’ll help them decide what the best storage solution is for them

Daily role
- Maintaining cleanliness of the facility at all times e.g sweeping, jet washing
- Upkeep of site and storage units e.g painting, repairs etc
- Provide forklift service for customers (training will be provide if necessary)
- Monitoring of CCTV
