Grind is a coffee company that lives in London. After opening Shoreditch Grind in 2011, the brand expanded across London with cafés and a production coffee roastery. 2020 changed Grind beyond recognition - since then, we’ve been helping people make better, more sustainable coffee at home.

Based in Shoreditch, we have a team of talented people working on everything from product development to creative production, to customer experience. We’re looking for someone to join our growing brand team - working on bringing the brand to life through design, everywhere it appears.

**You'll be**
- You'll be working across the Grind team to bring the brand to life wherever it appears. We're a broad, growing business, with lots of things to be involved in.
- You’ll work with stakeholders across the business to create digital and print concepts, and then turn them into beautiful, friendly designs - then improve and iterate on them based on feedback and on performance.
- You’ll work with social media to develop content and communications ideas - and then make them happen.
- Integrate with the rest of the wider Grind team to support other design and non-design roles.

**You'll have**
- Experience working as a designer within an FMCG brand.
- A portfolio that showcases your design skills.
- Knowledge of the full Adobe Creative Suite.
- An attention to detail, the ability to multitask and prioritise.
- A love of coffee is helpful but not essential.

**Salary**: £28,000 - £35,000 dependent on experience
**Logistics**: Shoreditch based office, 3 days per week (Tues, Wed & Thurs).
