**Exciting Opportunity for NPD Coordinator**
**Are you a senior NPD technologist ready to elevate your career into a dynamic project management role?**
**You will be responsible for, but not limited to**:
- NPD Lead accounts
- Support on all NPD across additional accounts where required.
- Collaborative approach towards customer briefs and tenders working alongside, CM’s, TM’s, Procurement, Packaging, Finance, Marketing & Operations, ensuring all briefs are time managed and all stakeholders have been provided sufficient time to be able to complete their tasks.
- Understanding of end to end CP process, including customer relevant documentation and on-line systems.
- Coordinate concept to launch on key accounts, including regular update meets with customer teams to ensure alignment.
- Work across the company functions (including Technical / Sales / Production / Packaging / Procurement) to help support new product samples and support necessary trials when and where appropriate
- Support for all NPD sampling requiring keen attention to detail ensuring quality and coordination with NPD Manager and relevant Customer Technologist/Account Managers/Production Managers/Procurement Managers
- Support sourcing all raw materials required involving liaising with the packaging team and suppliers, procurement team, production and collecting additional materials off site as required for samples
- Raising of dummy orders, ensuring product is made as requested, checking quality of product. Liaising with production on issues
- Liaise with Packaging, Technical, Production, Planning and Procurement to ensure all requirements are in place for factory trials.
- Pre-production trials attendance and support., liaising with production and planning, ensuring product is made to the line standard provided. Writing of report
- Support NPD build document control, logging all versions of products developed by the NPD team including calculating QUIDs
- Ensure the key NPD tracker activities are achieved, update NPD projects tracker regularly, provide information to all internal parties.
- Attend weekly NPD meetings ensuring all data captured on tracker is up to date. Lead meeting in absence of NPD Mgr & Senior Innovations Mgr.
- Support departmental continuous improvement initiatives to increase innovation, implement better ways of working
**What's required?**
- Experience / Knowledge of Critical Pathway / Concept to Launch (essential)
- HACCP L2 minimum (highly advantageous)
- High-quality fruit preparation/manufacturing experience
- Strong team and work ethic
- Well-organised and clear ways of working
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, comfortable working cross-functionally at all levels
- Working knowledge of retailer requirements for sample submissions (essential)
**What's in it for you?**
£33,000.00 - £35,000.00
