Job Title: Fitter/Test run person tool hire

Are you seeking an exciting and challenging opportunity in the Manchester area? We are currently looking for a skilled and motivated Tool and Access Plant Test Run Person to join our busy depots. If you are passionate about machinery, possess a keen eye for detail, and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, then this job is for you

**Responsibilities**:

- Conducting test runs on various tool and access plant equipment to ensure proper functionality and safety standards are met.
- Experience in the servicing of petrol, diesel and all electrical site equipment
- Collaborating with the maintenance team to identify and address any technical issues or malfunctions.
- Performing routine maintenance tasks and inspections on machinery to ensure optimal performance.
- Assisting with the loading and unloading of equipment from delivery vehicles.
- Conducting thorough equipment checks before and after each rental to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Providing exceptional customer service by offering guidance and assistance to clients regarding equipment operation and safety protocols.
- Maintaining accurate records of equipment inspections, maintenance, and test run results.
- Adhering to all health and safety regulations and promoting a safe working environment.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in testing and maintaining tool and access plant equipment is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of machinery operation and safety procedures.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
- Attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

**Note: The job will initially start as training at our Bolton depot but once training completed the role will be based at our other depot in Salford.**

**Salary**: £25,000.00 per year
